Beats are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. This page explains your cancellation rights and our refund position.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. For digital content that you download or access immediately, that right is lost once delivery has begun — provided you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right. At checkout you will be asked to give that consent before you pay.
Refunds
Because licences are delivered immediately on payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or chargebacks, except in the two cases below.
Faulty or mis-described content
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If the digital content you receive is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or a price reduction. Email sbtlxyz@seeita100.com and we will put it right.
Membership upgrade credit
If you hold an active seeita100 membership and upgrade a beat you previously licensed at the Basic tier to Unlimited, we issue store credit equal to the cash price you paid for that Basic licence. Store credit is spendable on the platform, is not redeemable for cash, and expires under the store-credit terms in force when it is issued.
